I absolutely love my tank MX. It is not loud so I can go up and down the street and the HOA does not get mad. It has enough resistance to last for a very long time. I’m still using level one. If you’re creative, you can get close to a full body workout (which includes cardio). I can’t say anything bad about this piece of equipment. If you can afford it, I suggested buy it.

The Tank MX is a game changer in helping me achieve my fitness, strength and longevity goals. It is literally built like a tank and I expect it to have a long life expectancy. If you think of it in these terms, its cost /day is relatively inexpensive. Except in special situations, not having to deal with the hassle of changing weight plates is a dream come true, particularly for trainers. The Tank is scalable and can be used by almost anyone, from weekend warrior to professional athlete, from young to old.
The Complete Kit makes the Tank workouts even more versatile. The Swivel Attachment is a godsend when one needs to maneuver the Tank. However, the Swivel handle will disengage if used with the Group Anchor Station. I solved this problem by inserting Sorbothane discs between the basket and Tank. The Sorbothane discs were anchored to the Tank with 3M Dual Lock Heavy Duty Mounting Tape. Now the Swivel Attachment works like a charm, even with a 35 pound weight plate in place.

Well built solid piece of equipment. Am 46 years old and it’s workouts have helped reduce pain in my knees and the constant pushing and pulling is the closest thing to that wrestling or football fatigue feeling. Heart pumping and muscles burning.

What’s the difference in pushing the MX vs Tank 4
Are they geared the same with same device?
The major differences besides the aesthetic will be that the MX is heavier at 245lbs, has removable performance handles, and adjustable tow bar and has MX mode which will allow 25% additional resistance at each level. The M4 is 198lbs and does not have the other features mentioned.
