A solid Olympic Bar is a fundamental tool for home gym training and our all-new X-GYM 7 Foot Olympic Bar was designed with home workouts in mind. This bar is perfect for performing traditional strength and cross training movements like squat, bench press, and more.

Although heavy-duty, this bar is designed to be paired with Grip Plates and is not meant to be dropped. Our bar comes in around 44 lbs or 20 kgs, has dual knurl marks to help keep your hand positioning consistent, and a weight capacity of 500 lbs. The description identifies it as "Olympic" yet looks like the center opening is only 1,14 inches (30 mm). Does this come in a 2 inch diameter hole? Also, there's no indication on how long for it to arrive. Can you please provide the answers to both questions?
