Used on our High Squat Rack, the Ninja Cross provides multiple pull up grips – a traditional bar grip, ball grips, and rock climbing grips. 

Features:

• The 3” and 4” spheres help build grip, hand and forearm strength
• The angled bars attached to the spheres emulate a traditional pull-up bar
• The rock climbing grips build rock climbing strength
• Proprietary storm grey wrinkle textured paint is powder-coated to 5 mil thickness (2.5 X the industry standard) for a superior grip and longer-lasting durability
