This 2-piece rack attachment adds rock-solid dip handles to all Torque Squat Racks and doubles as a step-up for reaching pull-up and monkey bars.  

Features:

• Each dip attachment hooks into the upright with spring pins to solidly lock into place
• Gusset plates are designed as attachment points to anchor resistance bands, battle ropes, and Suspension Straps

Torque's Horizontal Mount Landmine (XHMGRT) is a 3-dimensional ground rotational trainer that mounts horizontally on our squat stands base. By inserting an Olympic barbell into the XHMGRT you can do a variety of exercises with this simple piece of equipment.
