1. What is a fixed press arm?

A fixed press arm is a traditional fixed arc arm which pivots from a single point and accommodates a seated or supine (lying down) station that enables you to perform various, popular upper-body pressing exercises, such as chest press, shoulder press, incline press, decline press and more. It is comparable to what you find on single station selectorized pressing exercises at the health club.

2. How many exercises can I perform on Torque Gyms?

The beauty of Torque Fitness home gyms is that with cable technology, there are virtually unlimited exercises that can be performed, according to the exerciser's abilities. Plus, when you utilize the benches, add a stability ball* or exercise in a standing position, the number of available exercises is multiplied even more.

3. How much space does a Torque Gym need?

A distinct advantage of all Torque Fitness home gyms is their space efficiency.  For instance, the F5 has a small, 3.7' x 3.7' footprint closed that fits neatly into a corner, and requires 56 square feet to use.

4. Where is the serial number located?

Each box that the gym comes with contains a part that has its own serial number, in most cases reference the one located near the general warning label.
